2cuci Terms and Conditions of Use

1 Definitions and Scope

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

3 User Account

• Users are fully responsible for the security of their password and account login details. Any activity carried out using a user's account credentials will be considered as having been authorised by that user.
• Users must notify 2cuci immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account or any security breach.
• 2cuci will never ask for a user's password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any such request is fraudulent.
• Users must ensure their account profile information is kept current and accurate at all times, including email address and mobile number for verification purposes.
• Transferring an account to another party is strictly prohibited. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, rented or transferred.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 2cuci platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction, regardless of the payment method used.
• Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).
• The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction. Withdrawals are typically processed in under one hour once the request is approved.
• All withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit, for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• 2cuci reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals pending full identity verification if there is a compliance requirement or suspicious activity is detected.
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). For cryptocurrency payments, the exchange rate applied is the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 2cuci are subject to specific conditions that users must comply with:

• Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus carries a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.
• Exact calculation example: A deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100, bringing the balance to RM200. Wagering of RM1,000 (i.e. RM100 × 10) is required before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Second example: A deposit of RM2,200 gives a bonus of RM1,000, bringing the balance to RM3,200. Wagering of RM10,000 (i.e. RM1,000 × 10) is required before the bonus is eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses are valid for one account only and cannot be transferred between different accounts or users.
• 2cuci reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• The 2cuci VIP Programme offers weekly cashback from Bronze through to Diamond tier. Cashback rates increase by tier: Bronze (up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%) and Diamond (up to 1.5%) each week.

6 Game Rules

Use of all games available on the 2cuci platform — including online slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, Teen Patti, sports betting and all other games — is subject to the following general rules:

• All game results are final unless a technical error can be demonstrated and confirmed by 2cuci.
• In the event of a technical disruption or internet disconnection during an active game, 2cuci will attempt to restore the game session based on saved server records.
• Any attempt to manipulate or cheat the game system, whether through software, third-party tools or other means, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Users are not permitted to use automation software, bots or any other unauthorised method to play games on the platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 2cuci's liability is limited as follows:

• 2cuci is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or extraordinary losses arising from use of the platform, even if 2cuci has been informed of the possibility of such losses.
• 2cuci's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Account Termination
